As a first time home buyer I felt completely overwhelmed by the whole home buying process, until I met the team at SNG. My agent did what she called a “new buyer consultation” with my family and I so she could understand what our goals were with our purchase and then introduced me to a lender so we could see what our monthly payments would be at a couple different purchase prices. Once we found our dream home, she helped us win it and beat out a few other offers. We weren’t even the highest offer, but she discovered that the seller really needed a rent back, so we included that in our offer and beat other offers that were much higher. She then helped us get quotes for the various things the home needed fixed/ updates and negotiated money back for us towards our closing costs. After close, she even helped coordinate getting some of the work done to our home.

My family and I felt completely taken care of by the whole team. Along with our agent, the team has two “transaction coordinators”, Erica and Madison, who helped hold our hands throughout the entire process. Anytime I asked either of them or my agent a question I would get a very prompt reply. I highly recommend the SNG to anyone looking to buy or sell!
